DeepLinkNow vs AppsFlyer

AppsFlyer is the biggest attribution platform there is. It's built for paid user acquisition, and it's very good at that. Deferred deep linking is one feature inside it, and since 2026 it isn't on the free plan at all.

Side by side

As of October 19, 2026.

Free plan
DeepLinkNow: Free up to 25,000 monthly active users, deferred deep links included. No card.
AppsFlyer: Zero plan: links and QR codes, but no deferred deep linking since its 2026 update[1][2]
Sales call
DeepLinkNow: Only for Enterprise (from $500/mo). Developer, Startup and Growth are self-serve.
AppsFlyer: Every paid tier is "Request a demo"[1]
Plan with a custom domain
DeepLinkNow: $49/mo (Startup)
AppsFlyer: Sales only: branded domains start on the Advanced tier, at a custom price. Deferred deep links start on Deep Linking Standard, also at a custom price.[1]
Making links
DeepLinkNow: Any path on your domain is already a link. Nothing to create.
AppsFlyer: Short links are created through the OneLink API (each gets an ID of up to 50 characters) or the dashboard. API links don't show up in the dashboard list.[5]
Ad-blocker lists
DeepLinkNow: Not on any of them
AppsFlyer: 54 rules on AdGuard Tracking Protection, including onelink.me and the OneLink Smart Script[3]
Advertising IDs
DeepLinkNow: Never read. No ATT prompt.
AppsFlyer: With ATT support on, the iOS SDK collects the IDFA on iOS 14.5 and later[6]
Typical contract
DeepLinkNow: $0, $49 or $149 a month, published, billed monthly. Enterprise from $500 a month
AppsFlyer: Median about $88.5K a year (Vendr, 130 deals)[4]

Where DeepLinkNow is ahead

  • A free plan up to 25,000 monthly active users, with deferred deep links and no card.
  • Published prices: $0, $49 or $149 a month. You only talk to me if you want Enterprise.
  • Your own domain from $49 a month on Startup, set up in the dashboard.
  • No DeepLinkNow domain is on AdGuard or EasyPrivacy, so ad blockers don't stop the link page.
  • Any path on your link domain is already a link, with no prefix and nothing to create first.
  • No attribution, no advertising IDs, no ATT prompt. A deferred link can be claimed for 1 hour after the click, and stored fingerprints are deleted within 30 days.
  • iOS clipboard handoff on every plan: the link page copies the link and the SDK reads it on first launch.

Pick AppsFlyer if…

  • You spend real money on paid user acquisition and need attribution, fraud protection and SKAdNetwork reporting.

If you just need links that open the right screen after install, don't pay for the rest.

The pricing math

AppsFlyer doesn't publish a price for any plan with deferred deep links, so there's no per-unit figure to compare. Vendr's buyer data is the best public number: a median of about $88.5K a year across 130 deals.[1][4]

That median is about $7,375 a month. My Growth plan is $149 a month for up to 500,000 monthly active users. They aren't the same purchase: the AppsFlyer contract buys attribution, which I don't sell. If you need it, compare AppsFlyer with the other attribution platforms, not with me.

Switching from AppsFlyer

  1. 1Add the DLN SDK next to the one you have and ship it.
  2. 2Point your link domain at DLN. Paths on it work straight away.
  3. 3Read the link with checkDeferredDeepLink() on first launch.
  4. 4Keep AppsFlyer for attribution if you still need it. DLN doesn't care.
Run both side by side while you switch. My SDK doesn't care what else is in your app.

Can I run DeepLinkNow next to AppsFlyer?
Yes. The SDK doesn't depend on any other deep linking SDK, so you can ship both, move your link domain over, and remove the old one later.
