DeepLinkNow vs URLgenius

URLgenius works differently from everything else here. There's no SDK: it opens apps through URL schemes, and many of its customers link into other companies' apps, such as Amazon listings. Deferred deep linking exists, on its Custom plan.

Side by side

As of October 21, 2026.

Where DeepLinkNow is ahead

  • A free plan up to 25,000 monthly active users, with deferred deep links and no card.
  • Published prices: $0, $49 or $149 a month. You only talk to me if you want Enterprise.
  • Any path on your link domain is already a link, with no prefix and nothing to create first.
  • Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) SDKs, a Flutter SDK (pub.dev `deeplinknow`), a React Native SDK with an Expo config plugin, an Expo Router helper and a useDeferredDeepLink() hook, and an MCP server so coding agents can set it up.
  • Free AASA, assetlinks.json and ad-block list checkers, no sign-up needed.

Pick URLgenius if…

  • You link into other companies' apps (Amazon, Instagram, TikTok), which is most of URLgenius's business.
  • You can't ship an app update or add an SDK.
  • Your links are shared inside Instagram and Facebook and must get out of the in-app browser.

If you're linking into your own app and want the context to survive an install, that's what I do.

The pricing math

URLgenius bills per click: $0.02 on Growth, with discounts after 10,000. Deferred deep linking is on the Custom plan from $199 a month. I bill on monthly active users.[1]

50,000 clicks a month on Growth with a branded domain is up to $1,049 a month, and still no deferred links. On DeepLinkNow that depends on users, not clicks: free up to 25,000 monthly users, then $49 on Startup with your own domain and deferred deep links.

Switching from URLgenius

  1. 1Add the DLN SDK next to the one you have and ship it.
  2. 2Point your link domain at DLN. Paths on it work straight away.
  3. 3Read the link with checkDeferredDeepLink() on first launch.
  4. 4Keep URLgenius for links into other companies' apps. I only open yours.
Run both side by side while you switch. My SDK doesn't care what else is in your app.

Yes. The SDK doesn't depend on any other deep linking SDK, so you can ship both, move your link domain over, and remove the old one later.
